Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Harmony Health Cosmetic Clinic, Ltd. We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

A. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds on products/services based on the following conditions:

We require 48 hours’ notice for cancelling non-liposuction appointments. As a reminder we may call to confirm your appointment the day before. These cancellations for non-liposuction appointments must be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance for weekday bookings. If appointments and not cancelled or rescheduled within this 48 hour period, you will be charged 100% of the consultation fee plus 50% of the total price for the services booked. Products: If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product purchased, you can return it within 7 days of the original purchase date for a replacement or refund. You must have a valid receipt documenting that the purchase was mad within the last 7 days. Procedures: Please see Payment, Late Payment and Refund Policy for applicable time allowances for all Liposuction procedures.

B. Refund Requests

To request a product refund, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer support team at our WhatsApp Number 876-551-3729 within 7 days of receiving your product.
• Provide your order number, a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request, and any supporting evidence or documentation, if applicable.

C. Refund Processing

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it to determine if you are eligible for a refund based on our refund policy. If your refund is approved, we will initiate the refund process.

• For payments made via credit/debit cards: The refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 30 – 45 days
• For payments made via other methods: We will work with you to arrange an appropriate refund method.

D. Non-Refundable Items/Services

All procedural services are exempt from being refunded

E. Changes to the Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website.
